Retha Cox has been involved in health benefits administration for over 18 years. Ms. Cox joined the CWIBenefits, Inc. team in 2006 as an Account Manager. Having most recently worked with a large third party administrator, with 8 years of previous experience, Ms. Cox brought with her a wealth of industry experience. Additionally, she worked with a South Carolina based fully insured insurance company where she served as a staff accountant.

Ms. Cox has managed areas including enrollment, COBRA, sales, stop loss and all of group administration and client accounting with previous companies. Ms. Cox’s responsibilities at CWIBenefits, include being the Account Executive to a defined block of business and product development responsibilities.

Ms. Cox holds a Bachelors of Business degree with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of South Carolina system.
