This manufacturing company, having plants located in several states, sought an administrator that could effectively support its health plan and a number of other group and voluntary benefits made available to its employees. It was important that administrative support be accurately administered for all its different benefit plans, that customer service support be equally applied and available to all employees at all locations, and that consolidated reporting be made available for management purposes.
CWIBenefits responded by providing consolidated premium billing and invoicing services for all the client’s benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Cancer and Long Term Care. Additionally, eligibility file maintenance for the employer’s new hires and terminations were supported for each of the benefit vendors. CWIBenefits also provided data reporting by location to support local management as well as consolidated reporting for corporate home office management.
